Turn a housing idea into a workable brief. Define the occupants, site, room layout, destination requirements and delivery sequence before selecting a modular house model.

Start with the use case. A rental cabin, worker accommodation, site office and family residence need different room plans and services. The right model is the one that fits your people, site and operating plan—not simply the largest floor area.

Plan in six steps

01 · PURPOSE

Define use and occupancy

Decide whether the units will serve guests, employees, families or project teams. Specify the number of people per unit, expected length of stay and whether privacy, separate bedrooms or shared facilities matter most.

02 · SITE

Map the destination

Confirm site dimensions, setbacks, climate, vehicle access and available power, water and drainage. Ask local professionals to identify permits, foundation needs and rules for the intended use.

03 · LAYOUT

Prioritize the rooms

List must-have spaces: bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living area, workspace or storage. Note preferred door and window positions. Leave circulation and furniture clearances in the plan rather than relying on exterior dimensions alone.

04 · SPECIFICATION

Choose the configuration

Match wall and roof insulation, windows, electrical system, plumbing, heating or cooling, flooring and finishes to the climate and occupancy. Confirm these items in the final drawings and quotation.

05 · LOGISTICS

Plan delivery and installation

Check folded transport size, unloading equipment, access route and installation space for each model. For multiple units, phase foundation work, deliveries and utility connections so the site team can complete them in sequence.

06 · HANDOVER

Set the inspection points

Agree on drawings, material schedule, production inspection, packing information and on-site acceptance checks. Record project-specific responsibilities for freight, unloading, installation and local utility work.
