Every shipment depends on the selected model, quantity, destination and agreed delivery terms. Confirm the final packing and loading plan for the actual order before booking transport.
Check the model and folded size
Confirm the model, final folded dimensions, gross weight, quantity and configuration. Include loose accessories, optional components and any items that travel separately in the packing list.
Prepare factory packaging
Protect vulnerable corners, openings and finished surfaces for the planned handling and route. Label units and accessories clearly so each package can be matched to the order and installation sequence.
Match equipment to the load
Choose lifting equipment, truck or container arrangements from the confirmed dimensions and weight. Check lifting points, clearance and securement with the transport team before the unit leaves the factory.
Coordinate route and documents
Agree on the port or delivery address, shipment schedule and trade terms. Confirm which commercial invoice, packing list, transport document and destination-specific records are needed for the actual shipment.
Check access and unloading
Plan vehicle access, turning space, crane position, ground conditions and a safe unloading area. Arrange the receiving team and suitable equipment before arrival.
Record delivery condition
Compare delivered packages with the packing list, photograph visible condition, and report any shortage or transit damage promptly through the agreed channel before installation begins.
