Inspection items depend on the selected model, options and destination requirements. Confirm the acceptance criteria, records and any independent inspection arrangement before production.
Confirm what will be built
Review the signed model, dimensions, layout, material schedule, doors, windows, insulation, electrical and plumbing selections. Use agreed drawings and order details as the inspection reference.
Match components to the order
Check frame members, panels, finishes, fixtures and other selected components against the approved specification. Record substitutions for approval before use.
Inspect during fabrication
Review frame assembly, connections, enclosure, insulation, roofing, openings and interior work at suitable stages. Check concealed work before the next layer is installed.
Verify function and finishes
Review visible surfaces, doors, windows, fittings and agreed functions. Electrical and plumbing checks follow the confirmed configuration and applicable project requirements.
Prepare for dispatch
Compare the unit and accessories against the packing list. Check protective packaging, labels and handling points, and record final condition with photographs where agreed.
Keep an inspection trail
Collect agreed inspection notes, test records, available certificates and shipment documents. Confirm which evidence the buyer or appointed inspector receives before release.
